Welcome to iMeets. By accessing or using our video conferencing platform at imeets.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any feature of iMeets, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using iMeets on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use iMeets solely for lawful purposes. You must not:

Record or distribute meetings without the consent of all participants.
Use the platform to transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the platform.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@imeets.app of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Meetings and Content

You retain ownership of content you share during meetings. By using iMeets, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not store meeting audio or video on our servers unless explicitly configured to do so.

5. Service Availability

iMeets strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the iMeets platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by iMeets or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iMeets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through competent legal jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
